What are DTF transfers?
DTF transfers, or Direct-to-Film transfers, are full-color designs printed onto special transfer film and applied to garments with a heat press. They arrive ready to press, with no weeding or masking required.
What fabrics are compatible with DTF transfers?
Our DTF transfers work well on 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/poly blends, canvas, performance fabrics, and many light or dark garments. Specialty, coated, waterproof, or heat-sensitive materials should always be tested before production.
What artwork file should I upload?
For the best print quality, upload a transparent PNG at 300 DPI and set the artwork to the exact size you want printed. High-resolution PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS files may also be accepted when properly prepared.
Do I need to mirror my artwork?
No. Please upload your artwork in the correct reading direction. We prepare the transfer so it is ready for heat pressing.
What is the difference between building and uploading a gang sheet?
Use Build Your DTF Gang Sheet when you want to arrange individual designs using our online builder. Use Upload Your DTF Gang Sheet when you already have one complete, print-ready gang sheet file.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for most DTF transfer products. You can order a single transfer, transfers by size, or a custom gang sheet based on your project needs.
How long does production and shipping take?
Turnaround depends on order volume, artwork quality, product type, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Production time does not include shipping time. Orders with artwork issues may require approval before printing and can take longer.
What heat press settings should I use?
Always follow the heat press instructions included with your order or listed on our website. Temperature, time, pressure, and peeling method can vary by garment and transfer type. A commercial heat press is recommended for the most consistent results.
